This year has been very special for us thanks to all who have given us the opportunity to be part of events that in one way or another mark your life. That is why, first of all, we wanted to thank the trust, affection, respect and love with which we have had the pleasure of working these months; Without you, the magic of Binissaida would not be the same. Thank you for all those weddings that we have been fortunate to witness, christenings and communions, private parties and corporate events, it has been a real pleasure!
From the incredible hands of our team specialized in film-worthy celebrations, in 2019 we have celebrated more than 50 beautiful weddings in the last 3 years. Taking care of every detail of our Envelat space with all the care of the world, whose máximum capacity is 200 people. This space, with its large delicately lit pergola that covers an exquisite private garden, allows us to carry out intimate, minimalist and collected celebrations, where the nature that surrounds us is the best decorated, the olive trees the best perfume and the Mediterranean aura the best master of ceremonies.
In Sant Joan de Binissaida we take care of absolutely everything so that you are only focused on the guests, that the ball gowns look perfect, the feet do not stop dancing, the mind of dreaming and the heart of beating of pure happiness. That day will be for a lifetime, so you better focus on what really matters and we take care of the other little things: the food, the cocktails, the decoration, the service of everyone who works there, and a long etcetera.
In addition, and as with each party we set up, we have the talent of the Ses Forquilles masters, whose banquets are finger-licking good. You know how good they are on the stove and mixing flavors, so we always leave that part in their hands, because we know they will not disappoint anyone. Thank you Ses Forquilles for leaving us mouth-watering at each event, and for always adapting the menu to the needs and tastes that each occasion requires.
These kitchen geniuses were also present at the Bini Night of the past 14/08, remember? A starry night shone where children and adults enjoyed the true essence of summer in Menorca. Among the local delicacies produced directly in our rural hotel, the cocktails which we toasted many times with and the music that made us dance so much, we couldn't think of a better 15th birthday for San Joan de Binissaida.
