In 2023, we celebrated 10 years of collaboration with the culinary masters who advise us and ensure that the Binissaida restaurant stays true to the project's roots. They are the Ses Forquilles group, and today we would like to tell you more about them.

This June, we are launching guided tours of the estate to showcase our olive plantation on Wednesday afternoons. The agricultural part of Sant Joan de Binissaida is what gives meaning to the rest of the project, as we return to the roots of Menorca, the land, and what defines us. Would you like to learn more?

Once again, for the fourth year, we can say that the Binissaida Gastronòmica has been a success! The commitment to showcasing products through our cuisine, which for the occasion was "invaded" by the renowned Michelin-starred chef and holder of two Repsol Suns, Artur Martínez, is a formula we will continue to bet on in the future. On the upcoming weekend of May 11th and 12th, we once again open our kitchen in Sant Joan de Binissaida to a guest chef to celebrate the IV Conference on Menorcan cuisine and products, the Binissaida Gastronomic Event.
