A delicate proposal of market cuisine in which –besides the organic extra virgin olive oil from the farm and locally sourced fruits and vegetables– the fresh fish and meats from local producers take center stage. In our wine list, you will also find the excellent production from small wineries in Menorca. Don't hesitate to ask.
Binissaida is a comprehensive project that turns its own environment into a source of sustainable and ecological food. From those chickens you will see roaming in the distance come the eggs for the breakfasts; from our garden, selected vegetables and greens that we serve in the restaurant; and from our olive trees, the organic extra virgin olive oil. Everything tastes better when it comes from home.
We have two spaces where you can enjoy our gastronomic proposal: the Binissaida Restaurant, in the Main House, and the Mossegades Sota els Pins, in the shade of the pines that surround the pool. Formal or informal. What do you feel like today?
