Situated at the western tip of Menorca, near Maó, just a few meters from the sea, we come across a charming 18th-century estate renovated to become what is today our hotel.
Our project goes beyond accommodation and integrates the surrounding estate as a productive unit, always from an ecological, local, and sustainable perspective. Here we produce oil and cultivate a garden for self-sufficiency. The aromas and flavors you will find in our gastronomic proposal are the direct result of this.
Our 15 Menorcan-style rooms are unique and are distributed between the Main House and the Bouer, the former stables of the renovated estate.
