We have two cozy indoor lounges in the Main House and two outdoor spaces, a terrace and a large pergola with views of the gardens. There's nothing better than dining under the stars of the Menorcan sky.
Time marks our seasons. Time and the climate. Early tomatoes in June that are at their peak in mid-August. Zucchini, cucumbers, and snap peas that arrive at their own pace. To this, we add a relationship built over years with local suppliers of meats and fishermen who catch everything that the rich coast of Menorca has to offer. Our olive trees, our orchard, our herbs, our chickens... Yes, we can assure you that what comes from home tastes better. And even more so when we make a special effort to reclaim unused spaces and do so with ecological and sustainable criteria. The luxury of smelling, savoring, and feeling the environment on your plate. The luxury of feeling part of it.
