We are open!

On June 27th, amidst hydroalcoholic gels, signs everywhere, and a long list of new customs, we opened the doors to a season that we will never forget. But there is something that, as peculiar as an opening may be, remains intact: the excitement of our entire team to make all our guests feel at home. We miss embracing you, like one embraces a family member upon arriving home after many months, but we have discovered that the eyes do not just see, but they smile, caress, and hug, almost as deeply as our lips, our hands, or our arms did.

It will be short but intense and more beautiful than ever, because we open with a remnant of accumulated affection. We have had to adapt and reinvent ourselves, and we are grateful for everything we have learned because we are convinced that many of the measures put in place will become improvements, and a large part of the applied protocol will lead to growth, both professionally and personally.

Our wonderful breakfast remains intact, more personalized and closer than ever, as well as our directed activities, such as yoga classes or aquagym, more cared for and hygienized. The walks around the estate are greener and livelier than ever, and that excursion along the Camí de Cavalls will lead you to discover one of the most beautiful parts of the Menorcan coast, where you will breathe the purest air.

In our restaurant, the clinking of wine glasses continues to resonate when toasting, we still enjoy the sway of the cotton curtains on the porch when caressed by the breeze sent to us by La Mola, and there is still magic on the terrace as we light the candles when the sun decides to go to rest.

And so, in a flurry of plans and improvisation, we welcome a 2020 season that will surely be hard to forget.
